Job summary

The Landing Resort & Spa in South Lake Tahoe is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our hotel bar team. Shifts run Friday through Tuesday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with a requirement for prior bartender experience and TIPS certification.

Ideal candidates will deliver high-quality service, craft beverages with creativity, and handle transactions accurately while contributing to a welcoming guest experience at our luxury lakeside property.

Qualifications

• Must have several months of related experience or training.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification is required.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages with accuracy and flair.
• Provide friendly, engaging guest service at the bar.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and end-of-shift cash reconciliation.
• Collaborate with the bar team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
