All Native Group seeks a Room Turnover Technician to prepare barracks and housing rooms for turnover between occupants on a DoD installation. Responsibilities include pre-move inspections, punch lists, and coordination with housing staff to align dates and room readiness.

The role requires 3+ years of make-ready or turnover experience, OSHA 10 certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check. Field-based, with local daily travel on the installation.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Must pass a background check and obtain installation access.
• Experience with DoD installations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform pre-clearance inspections and create punch lists.
• Complete or coordinate turnover repairs to the required room-readiness standard.
• Coordinate with housing staff on move-in and move-out dates and keep turnover status visible.
• Document room condition with photos for acceptance.
• Check rooms against cleaning and readiness standards and complete paint touch-up and minor repairs.
• Inventory room furnishings and fixtures and report damage or missing items.
• Follow safe work practices, including PPE and ladder safety, and keep work areas clean.
