Job summary

Fire Creek Services Company, an All Native Group company, seeks a General Maintenance Technician to perform high-volume, non-licensed repairs in barracks and housing facilities on the installation, including doors, locks, drywall, carpentry, flooring and related repairs.

The role requires 3+ years of general facility repair, OSHA 10 certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check for installation access; duties include completing work orders, supporting

Qualifications

• 3+ years general facility repair experience: doors, drywall, carpentry, flooring.
• OSHA 10 certification; valid driver's license and clean record.
• Experience on DoD installations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine repair work orders in assigned zones.
• Support punch lists for room turnover between occupants.
• Use repair kits, scan parts to work orders and close out on the mobile app.
• Report conditions that require licensed trades.
• Perform minor appliance, cabinet and countertop repairs.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and safe work practices, including LOTO, PPE and ladder safety.
• Maintain assigned tools, service vehicle and work areas in a clean, safe and organized condition.
