Job summary

• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must pass a background check and obtain installation access.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-clearance inspections and create punch lists.
• Coordinate turnover repairs to the required room-readiness standard.
• Coordinate with housing staff on move-in and move-out dates; keep turnover status visible.
• Document room condition with photos for acceptance.
• Check rooms against cleaning and readiness standards; complete paint touch-up and minor repairs.
• Inventory room furnishings and report damage or missing items.
• Follow safe work practices, including PPE and ladder safety; keep work areas clean.
