Job summary

All Native Group is seeking a Room Turnover Technician to prepare barracks and housing rooms for turnover between occupants. This role involves pre-move inspections, punch lists, and coordinating repairs with housing schedules on DoD installations.

Field-based work in barracks and housing facilities requires routine local travel, safety practices, and the ability to perform light repair tasks. High school diploma or GED and OSHA 10 are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of make-ready or unit turnover experience in multifamily, lodging or military housing.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must pass background check and installation access.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-clearance inspections and create punch lists.
• Complete or coordinate turnover repairs to the room-readiness standard.
• Coordinate with housing staff on move-in/move-out dates and turnover status.
• Document room condition with photos for acceptance.
• Check rooms against cleaning standards and perform paint touch-up and minor repairs.
• Inventory room furnishings and report damage or missing items.
