Job summary

Ho-Chunk, Inc. through All Native Group seeks a General Maintenance Technician to perform non-licensed repairs across barracks and housing facilities on the installation.

Responsibilities include doors, drywall, carpentry, flooring, and general facility upkeep in a field-based, on-installation role. Applicants should have 3+ years of facility repair experience, OSHA 10 certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of general facility repair experience (doors, drywall, carpentry, flooring).
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine repair work orders in assigned zones.
• Support punch lists for room turnover between occupants.
• Use repair kits and scan parts to work orders via the mobile app.
• Report conditions that require licensed trades.
• Perform minor appliance, cabinet and countertop repairs.
• Follow safety standards including PPE, LOTO and ladder safety.
• Maintain tools, service vehicle and work areas in good condition.
