Job Duties
Under general supervision this full-time position is responsible for servicing and supporting cadet/faculty/staff computers and for imaging and deploying new computers. This position will provide telephone, walk-in, and e-mail support to the Faculty/Staff Help Desk and the Barracks Help Desk/Lab.

This regular, full-time position will work Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed by the Department. This is not a remote position.
