Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.

• Complete Food Handling Certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately operate a register/POS and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Model professionalism, teamwork, and leadership while supporting daily operations.
• Trained, coached, and mentored new baristas on beverage recipes and standards.
• Assist store leadership with onboarding new partners and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Demonstrated proper preparation techniques for coffee, espresso, teas, and food items.
