Qualifications

• Experience as a barista is required.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Basic math and counting skills are required.
• Supervisory or related experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision is required.
• Must follow required dress code.
• Able to read and communicate in English and follow recipes.
• Complete Food Handling Certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs.
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and beverages per brand standards.
• Prepare and serve food items as per location standards.
• Train and guide staff in coffee and food prep, customer service, cash handling, and procedures.
• May schedule and delegate work assignments to the team and coordinate tasks.
• Operate register/POS and handle cash/credit card transactions.
