Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Barista Lead to craft quality beverages and maintain a clean, welcoming location. You will train Baristas, handle POS transactions, and follow recipes per brand standards. Health and safety guidelines apply.

You will supervise staff, ensure accurate cash handling, and uphold Aramark’s service and food safety policies while delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a successful barista required.
• Requires previous cash handling experience.
• Able to read and communicate in English and follow recipes.
• Experience in a supervisory or related role preferred.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs.
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, specialty beverages per brand standards.
• Prepares and serve food items in line with location standards.
• Train and guide staff in coffee and food prep, customer service, cash handling, product knowledge and procedures.
• May schedule and delegate work assignments to team and coordinate task completion.
