Qualifications

• Complete Food Handling Certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs.
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and specialty beverages per brand standards.
• Prepares and serves food items in line with location standards.
• Train and guide staff in coffee and food preparation, customer service, cash handling, product knowledge and procedures.
• May schedule and delegate work assignments to team and coordinate completion of tasks.
• Operate a register/POS and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
