Job summary

Aramark Corporation seeks a Barista Lead to deliver timely service, craft beverages to brand standards, and train Baristas while maintaining a clean coffee bar and adhering to food safety policies.

You will process transactions on the register, follow recipes, and support a high‑quality guest experience in a fast‑paced setting. This role requires English proficiency and the ability to work independently on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience as a successful barista is required.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Basic math and counting skills are required.
• Supervisory or related role experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision is required.
• Must follow required dress code.
• Ability to read and communicate in English and follow recipes.
• Complete Food Handling Certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs.
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and beverages per brand standards.
• Prepare and serve food items per location standards.
• Train and guide staff in coffee and food prep, customer service, cash handling, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Schedule and delegate work tasks and coordinate location tasks.
• Operate register/POS and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Balance cash drawer, complete cashier slips, and make deposits.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Set up and break down coffee bar and store, including cleaning and sanitizing.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Stock beverages and condiments.
