Job summary

Gold-Ranch-Casino- is seeking a Barista to provide guests with an excellent beverage experience. You will prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks, welcome customers, educate on menu options, and help maintain station cleanliness.

The role requires a positive attitude, cash handling experience, and a flexible schedule to cover busy periods. Nevada-based location with opportunities for growth is emphasized.

Baristas are responsible for providing guests with an excellent experience while preparing and serving beverages.

• Making and serving hot and cold beverages including coffee and espresso drinks
• Welcoming customers and helping them to determine their coffee interests
• Educating customers about the menu options
• Opening and closing the station
• Maintaining inventory
• Keeping equipment clean and in running order
• Basic food preparation and service

Requirements

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience required
• Previous Barista experience helpful
• Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card required

Language Ability:

• Must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English language.

Math Ability:

• Excellent math skills; ability to calculate money accurately.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand forextended periods of time (Up to 8 hours)
• Reaching, bending, stretching, lifting up to 25lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a small space
