Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, NV is seeking a personable barista to welcome guests, explain the coffee menu, and prepare beverages according to recipes. You will also help with stocking, equipment maintenance, and keeping the café clean and safe.

The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to operate a POS system during shifts, and flexibility to work varied hours, including holidays and weekends. Previous barista experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcomes guests by determining their coffee interests and needs.
• Educates guests by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu.
• Sells coffee and equipment by explaining differences in beans and machines; demonstrates operation.
• Prepares and serves coffee drinks following recipes (espresso, latte, cappuccino).
• Maintains safe, clean work environment and sanitation standards.
• Operates POS for part of shift (minimum 4 hours).
• Performs daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
