Job summary

Three Mountain Cafe in Vermont is seeking a friendly, outgoing Barista to welcome customers and prepare coffee orders. You will ensure customers enjoy their drinks and their time in the shop, with a focus on great service and accuracy. Weekend availability is a must, and training is provided.

The role is part-time with 2–3 days per week, and all positions are tipped. Prior food handling or specialty coffee experience is preferred, with base pay starting at $14–$16/hour after tips, leading to

Job Summary

• Bus tables, wash some dishes and wipe down surfaces

• Ability to follow basic recipes for sauces, flavored syrups and coffee/tea preparation
• Baking pastries that have already been prepped by the baker every morning/ through the day
