Scooter's Coffee is seeking friendly, energetic team members to join our barista crew. If you love coffee, people, and a fast-paced environment, you’re our kind of person.

We offer open and mid-shift availability, competitive base pay, tips, and growth opportunities. This position pays a base hourly rate of $14.50 plus tips. We use eVerify to confirm U.S. Employment eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability to work early shifts (4:30 AM–4:00 PM) and weekends.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks
• Greet and connect with customers to create AMAZING experiences
• Take accurate orders and process payments quickly and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ready for the morning rush
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Work as part of a fun, fast-paced team to deliver friendly and consistent service
