Job summary

Target is seeking a Starbucks Barista to deliver an inviting and efficient guest experience in our Food & Beverage spaces. You will handle beverages and food to standard recipes, assist guests, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, operating handheld scanners and POS devices, supporting drive-up and pickup orders, and collaborating with team members to meet the store’s service standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and guest interaction skills.
• Able to communicate clearly using handheld devices and POS systems.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests and assist them in finding items or resolving issues.
• Process transactions accurately and end every guest interaction with thanks.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, pickup, and Drive-Up operations.
• Prepare beverages and food to recipe standards while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
