Job summary

Target is hiring a Starbucks Barista to deliver an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience at the store level. You will greet guests, assist with finding items, and support drive-up and in-store service while upholding food safety standards.

We expect a welcoming, team-oriented individual who can communicate across devices, handle multiple tasks, and provide fast, accurate assistance to customers in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
