Job summary

Target is seeking a Starbucks Barista to deliver an inviting guest experience and craft hand-made beverages to spec. You will greet guests, help them find what they need, and ensure accurate signing and pricing while maintaining food safety and cleanliness.

The role emphasizes teamwork, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced store environment, including nights, weekends and holidays. Training is provided to cover all essentials.

Qualifications

• Experience in Starbucks or food service is preferred.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Detail-oriented with multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by welcoming guests and delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, initiate warm interactions, and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and support Drive Up, OPU, and other guest services as needed.
• Follow all Starbucks and Target routines to ensure a consistent guest experience and food safety.
