Job summary

Target is seeking a Starbucks Barista to deliver a consistent guest experience in a fast-paced store environment. You will prepare handcrafted beverages and food to standard recipes while ensuring freshness, safety, and stock accuracy.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with questions, supporting drive-up and OPU orders, and maintaining a clean, inviting space throughout shifts. Prior food service is a plus; flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays is expected.

• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners and technology.
• Willingness to work independently or as part of a team.
