Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders; describe menu items and suggest products to customers.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks and pastries following outlet standards.
• Educate customers about coffee beans and brewing methods.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working order; report maintenance needs.
