Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays as the coffeehouse needs.

• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and being part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and personal attention.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to Guest preferences.
• Move between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer accurately, following cash-handling standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked, meeting quality and safety standards.
• Anticipates needs for Guests or teammates and acts proactively.
• Makes product-based recommendations grounded in knowledge.
• Recognizes when a problem requires a leader and asks for support accordingly.
• Shows up on time and maintains reliable attendance.
