• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Preferred: Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides incredible Guest Service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests and practicing active listening.
• Hands craft beverages to order per Caribou standards operating procedures.
• Heats, prepares, and serves Caribou food offerings to standard procedures.
• Floats between barista and guest service, fulfilling team roles as needed.
• Takes guest orders, manages cash drawer, and follows cash handling policies.
• Maintains a clean, well-run store and follows sanitization and organization standards.
• Shows up as a reliable team player, ready to help and support others.
