Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Preferred: Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides incredible Guest Service by developing relationships with guests, listening and anticipating needs, and making knowledgeable recommendations.
• Hand-crafts beverages to order and heats/prepares food offerings according to Caribou SOPs.
• Floats between barista and guest service and follows cash handling policies.
• Maintains clean and organized store; supports team with priorities and adapts as needed.
• Brings Caribou Core Values to life: Serve With Love, Be Yourself, Take Ownership.
