Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Restaurant, retail or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by developing personal relationships with guests.
• Craft beverages to Caribou SOP and serve food offerings per SOP.
• Take guest orders, manage cash drawer and follow cash handling policies.
• Maintain the look and feel of a well-run store by following cleanliness and organization standards.
• Support team by taking direction from leaders and being reliable and flexible.
• Show up with a learner's mindset and bring Caribou's Core Values to life.
