Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Monticello, MN is hiring a Team Member to deliver outstanding guest service and hand-crafted beverages. You will work across barista, greeter, and other roles, supporting the team and customers with a friendly, energetic approach.

No prior experience required; all training is provided. You’ll handle orders, cash, and maintain a clean, well-stocked store while following safety standards, embracing Caribou’s values and community spirit.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections, active listening, personal attention, and the small moments that make someone's day.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to Guest preferences.
• Confidently moves between barista, greeter, and any other role the shift calls for, ready to take on any task.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer accurately, following cash-handling, safety, and security standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked, meeting operating standards for quality and safety.
• Anticipates what's needed next for a Guest or a teammate and acts on it before being asked.
