Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays as the coffeehouse needs
• Excellent customer service mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and being part of a team
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections, active listening, personal attention, and the small moments that make someone's day
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to Guest preferences
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed during shifts
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer accurately, following cash-handling, safety, and security standards
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked, meeting operating standards for quality and safety
• Anticipates what's needed next for a Guest or teammate and acts proactively
• Makes recommendations to Guests grounded in real product knowledge
• Knows when to escalate issues to a leader and seek support
• Shows up for every scheduled shift on time and maintains reliable attendance
