Job summary

Target is seeking a Starbucks Barista to deliver an exceptional guest experience with handcrafted beverages and food while upholding standards and safety. You will work across all hours and support in-store promotions and guest services.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong guest interactions, and the ability to operate scanners and point-of-sale devices in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners as directed.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with handcrafted beverages and food during all hours of operations.
• Uphold Starbucks and Food & Beverage standards and safety guidelines.
• Perform food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, rotation and labeling.
• Maintain awareness of promotions and ensure accurate in-store execution.
• Support Drive Up and other guest-services initiatives to fulfill orders accurately.
