Job summary

Target is seeking a Starbucks Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. You will deliver high-quality beverages and food, ensure freshness and accuracy on the sales floor, and provide a welcoming guest experience across all hours of operations.

You will uphold Starbuck standards, assist with Drive Up and OPU, manage temperature-sensitive items, and participate in safety and quality training while working in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team to serve guests quickly.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot and follow procedures.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with handcrafted beverages and food.
• Uphold food safety standards and brand guidelines during shifts.
• Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment and signing.
• Maintain an inviting dining area and engage guests to meet expectations.
• Support Drive Up, OPU and other guest services while ensuring compliance.
• Follow safety policies and complete required Starbucks trainings.
