Pay Range

This range is provided by the United States Department of the Air Force. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $19.38/hr - $22.61/hr

Position Summary

This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to Bistro 28 on Ellsworth AFB. It offers a flexible work schedule with no guaranteed minimum hours, but up to 40 hours per week may be worked.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specialty beverages such as cappuccinos, brewed coffees, lattes, espressos, hot chocolate, frappuccinos, etc., following customer requests and recipes.
• Operate a commercial-grade espresso machine.
• Serve patrons directly, handle payments, operate cash register, and give change.
• Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness and sanitation.
• Assist with inventory management and reordering items as needed.
• May be required to open and close the facility.

Qualifications

Must have experience and knowledge of methods and procedures related to specialty coffee preparation, including familiarity with drink recipes, coffee beans, and teas.
