Job Summary

Summary: Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform prep work like washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables.
• Measure ingredients accurately.
• Transport food safely to and from stations and storage areas.
• Store food properly, following safety and rotation standards.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies and utensils.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
• Address customer concerns and report to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and company standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
