Job summary

Delta by Marriott is seeking a friendly Barista/ Coffee Bar Attendant to prepare and serve coffee and beverages, greet guests, and provide timely service. You will work with a team to take orders, maintain inventory, and ensure a clean, safe work environment while following company recipes and liquor regulations.

The role requires a Food Handlers Certificate, a High School diploma or GED, and the ability to pass a background screening.

Qualifications

• Prior café or coffee shop experience a plus.
• Pass a Background Screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders, preparing drinks and pastries.
• Use POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Prepare beverages per company recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety behind the bar.
• Restock bar inventory and monitor supplies.
• Balance cash register at start and end of shift.
