Job summary

Delta Hotels is seeking a Barista/ Coffee Bar Attendant to prepare and serve coffee and beverages to guests. You will collaborate with fellow Baristas to take orders, make drinks, and provide timely service in a hotel setting.

The ideal candidate will greet guests, handle a cash drawer, follow recipes, and maintain a clean, organized bar area while adhering to safety and alcohol service guidelines. Prior coffee shop experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and friendly demeanor.
• Experience with coffee/espresso drink preparation preferred.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Ability to follow recipes and company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and serve beverages with timely preparation.
• Prepare specialty drinks per company recipes and maintain drink quality.
• Resolve customer issues politely and promptly, involving a manager when needed.
• Balance cash drawer at start and end of shifts; handle payments accurately.
