Job summary

LBA Hospitality is hiring a Barista to help guests enjoy a welcoming Third Place experience at our hotel location. You will prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages, greet guests, and maintain a clean, safe workstation in line with health guidelines.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and the ability to stand for long periods. Prior experience in chain food or retail is preferred, along with strong English communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience with chain food and retail outlet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Promote positive morale and hospitable attitudes.
• Communicate information to the Shift Supervisor and/or Store Manager so the team can respond to create the Third Place environment.
• Anticipate customer and store needs to ensure highest quality products and service.
• Follow cash handling and cash register procedures.
