Pyramid Global Hospitality is opening the Virginia Guesthouse, a 214-room hotel on the Grounds of the University of Virginia, and seeks a beverage associate to craft and serve drinks while ensuring a clean station and outstanding guest service. This role requires quick learning, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Physically able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for shifts.
• Knowledge of all types of coffee beverages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages, maintain cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance; flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies, including cash handling and safety.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and respond to requests.
• Prepare beverages and foods to standard recipes or customize if needed.
• Perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift.
