Job summary

Benchmark is opening a Virginia Guesthouse UVA location and seeks a part-time Barista. You will prepare beverages, ensure cleanliness, and deliver excellent service to guests on a flexible schedule.

Training will cover recipes and safety, with emphasis on guest engagement and efficiency. Ideal candidates are friendly, quick learners with strong communication and teamwork skills, able to lift up to 20 pounds and work mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays for a $16.00 hourly wage.
