Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati is seeking a Barista to join our Constant Grind team. Under the direction of restaurant management, you will prepare and present beverages, sample tastings, and ensure sanitation and quality standards are met to deliver a memorable guest experience.

The role requires a minimum of six months related experience, ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and strong English communication. Computer literacy and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of related barista/guest-service experience.
• Ability to read and understand policies and procedures.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests in English.
• Must be computer literate and comfortable with basic POS systems.
• Be flexible to work varied schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Offers customer demonstrations and samples using brewing equipment.
• Promotes positive customer relations; explains menu items; handles guest complaints.
• Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with established standards.
• Ensures that production and storage areas are maintained in accordance with health codes.
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
• Other duties as assigned.
