Job summary

iCIMS, Inc. is seeking a friendly, detail‑minded barista at our California location to craft hot and cold beverages and handle guest orders. You will operate POS, maintain inventory, and promote guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, food handlers card, ABC server certification within 30 days, and flexibility for a 24/7 schedule. Prior barista experience and coffee knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must obtain food handlers card and ABC alcohol server cert within 30 days.
• Barista experience preferred; knowledge of coffee products preferred.
• Flexible schedules in a 24/7 environment, including holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft apps, POS, email, and internet.

Responsibilities

• Takes guests’ orders for beverages and food items.
• Creates beverages per standards and adjusts recipes as requested.
• Delivers excellent guest service with friendly, professional interactions.
• Maintains RBS parameters on alcoholic beverage service and reports concerns.
• Provides details of beverage menu and food offerings.
• Packages orders and handles food accompaniments, napkins, and utensils.
• Records sales, processes payments, and follows loyalty program rules.
• Performs end-of-shift cashier duties and cash handling procedures.
• Maintains clean, sanitary coffee bar, dining, and retail areas.
• Cleans, sweeps, mops, and sanitizes work areas and equipment.
• Ensures stock levels of sugars, condiments, etc. are maintained.
• Maintains inventory and submits requisitions as needed.
• Provides information on resort amenities, events, promotions.
• Promotes teamwork and company values in daily work.
