Job summary

Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Barista who will create a welcoming coffee experience by preparing high-quality beverages with speed and precision. You will engage guests, keep a clean workspace, and ensure every order meets brand standards.

The role offers opportunities to advance within hospitality and reports to the Beverage Manager or Bistro Supervisor. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, may be required as part of a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus.
• No educational minimum is required.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.

Responsibilities

• You will be the bright start to our guests' mornings, serving up delicious coffee and espresso drinks with a smile.
• Your daily tasks will include operating coffee and espresso machines, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service.
• You will report to the Beverage Manager or Bistro Supervisor.
• A career as a barista can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as bartender, beverage manager, or even food and beverage management positions.
