Job summary

Experience as Barista or Waiter/Waitress preferred.
Food handler's certification required or ability to obtain one.
Must be able to pass background check and obtain gaming license as required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers by informing them about specialty drinks such as cappuccino, espresso, caffe latte, and new pastry items.
Educate customers by explaining the coffee drink menu and making recommendations.
Serve beverages and prepared foods (coffee, tea, cookies, pastries).
Follow coffee recipes and operate the POS system.
Record tips and handle cash/credit payments.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and assist with display replenishment.
Assist with inventory and equipment cleaning.
