Target is seeking a Starbucks Barista in California to deliver friendly, efficient service and craft beverages and foods to spec. You will greet guests, assist with orders, and maintain cleanliness while following food safety standards.

This role supports Drive Up and OPU workflows and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Applicants need a welcoming attitude, teamwork skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in Starbucks/food service preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within timeframes.
