Job summary

Hugo's Family Marketplace (Caribou) is seeking a Barista to greet customers, prepare beverages and food items, and deliver exceptional service at the coffee station.

You will follow Caribou standards, handle POS transactions accurately, maintain a clean, welcoming area, and work with the team in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, with health, dental and vision benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Job Purpose:- As a Barista at Hugo's Family Marketplace (& Caribou), you will be the face of our coffee service, providing exceptional customer experiences while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items.
