Hugo's Family Marketplace (Caribou) is seeking a Barista to greet customers, take orders, and prepare beverages and pastries to Caribou standards. You will operate the POS, maintain a clean station, and support inventory and safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers on-the-job training with flexible full-time or part-time opportunities, emphasizing friendly service and accuracy in every cup and bite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required.
• Preferred: 1+ year in food service or customer-facing retail.
• Experience with POS systems or cash handling preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Purpose:As a Barista at Hugo's Family Marketplace (& Caribou), you will be the face of our coffee service, providing exceptional customer experiences while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items.
