Job summary

Hugo's Lake of the Woods is seeking a friendly Barista to join our team. You will greet customers, take orders, and prepare beverages and light food items with attention to quality and presentation.

As part of a fast-paced cafe, you will manage the cash register, follow recipes, and ensure a clean, welcoming coffee station for guests. Prior experience is not required, but passion for service matters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required.
• Familiarity with coffee preparation and café operations a plus.

Job Purpose:- As a Barista at Hugo's Lake of the Woods (& Caribou), you will be the face of our coffee service, providing exceptional customer experiences while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items.
