Job summary

Encore Village is hiring a Full-Time Barista in Schaumburg, IL. The role runs 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with every other weekend.

You will prepare and serve coffee and tea, operate espresso equipment, and ensure fast, friendly customer service in a bustling dining setting. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, handling payments, educating customers on beverages, and supporting opening/closing tasks.

Qualifications

A Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, primarily coffee and espresso drinks, while delivering excellent customer service. The role includes handling food and beverage preparation, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
