Job summary

The Golden Hog is seeking a full-time Barista in Key Biscayne, FL to craft espresso-based beverages, teas, and cafe drinks while delivering excellent customer service. You will also support the Bakery team with basic production, oven work, packaging, restocking, and display organization.

Schedule includes rotating shifts Monday-Sunday between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Weekends/holidays may be required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not mandatory. Growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Barista or in a similar cafe role is preferred.
• Ability to prepare coffee, espresso, lattes, and teas to standard.
• Willingness to assist with Bakery production and restocking as needed.

Requirements

Barista Qualifications:

• Availability to work full-time rotating shifts Monday-Sunday between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience as a Barista, Coffee Barista, Café Attendant, Bakery Clerk, Food Service Worker, or Customer Service Representative preferred.
• Experience preparing coffee, espresso, cappuccino, lattes, teas, and other beverages preferred.
• Ability to operate café equipment safely and keep equipment clean and in good working condition.
• Willingness to assist with basic Bakery production, oven work, packaging, restocking, and product organization.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude, reliability, punctuality, and teamwork.
• Ability to maintain beverage stations, display cases, counters, and work areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
