Encore Village in Schaumburg, IL is hiring a Full-Time Barista to join our Dining Services team, working 7:00-4:00 pm Monday–Friday and every other weekend. In this role you will prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks, operate equipment, take orders, process payments, keep areas clean, and ensure a friendly guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

We welcome candidates with prior food or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or customer service preferred.

Responsabilités

Encore Village is currently hiring for a Full-Time Barista 7:00-4:00 pm Monday- Friday and every other weekend in our Dining Services Department. A Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, primarily coffee and espresso drinks, while delivering excellent customer service. The role includes handling food and beverage preparation, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
