Food Provisions LLC in Florida is seeking a full-time Barista to prepare coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and cafe drinks while delivering excellent customer service. Schedule includes rotating shifts Monday-Sunday between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., and the role supports the Bakery team with basic production and oven work.

This position also involves packaging, restocking, display organization, and cleaning as needed, with growth opportunities and a strong emphasis on teamwork.

Qualificações

• Must have availability to work full-time rotating shifts Monday-Sunday between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience as Barista or related role preferred.
• Experience preparing coffee, espresso, cappuccino, lattes, teas, and other beverages preferred.
• Willingness to assist with bakery production, oven work, packaging, restocking, and product organization.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred, but not required.

Requirements

Barista Qualifications:

• Availability to work full-time rotating shifts Monday-Sunday between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience as a Barista, Coffee Barista, Café Attendant, Bakery Clerk, Food Service Worker, or Customer Service Representative preferred.
• Experience preparing coffee, espresso, cappuccino, lattes, teas, and other beverages preferred.
• Ability to operate café equipment safely and keep equipment clean and in good working condition.
• Willingness to assist with basic Bakery production, oven work, packaging, restocking, and product organization.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude, reliability, punctuality, and teamwork.
• Ability to maintain beverage stations, display cases, counters, and work areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
