Job summary

Tailwind Concessions is seeking a friendly Barista to join our team inside the LSE airport in La Crosse, WI. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare coffee, and handle transactions with a smile in a fast-paced travel environment.

This part-time role requires POS and cash handling experience, the ability to pass a TSA background check for airport access, reliable transportation, and a collaborative attitude. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with point of sale systems.
• Previous experience in cash handling and customer service.
• Barista experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders with a smile.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register and POS system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions and resolving issues.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to our standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Barista to join the Tailwind team located inside of the LSE airport! As a part of the Tailwind experience, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all travelers, and ensuring a memorable guest experience.

In the Barista/Cashier role, you will be responsible for accurately processing transactions, engaging with guests in a friendly and positive manner, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your main goal will be to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing an outstanding experience.
