Job summary

Tailwind Concessions is seeking a motivated Barista to join our Corpus Christi team. In this part-time role, you will handle orders, process transactions, and deliver friendly, efficient service to travelers in a fast-paced airport environment.

You will prepare coffee and beverages to Tailwind standards, maintain a clean workspace, assist with inventory, and support teammates to ensure a smooth operation. TSA background check is required for airport access.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cash handling and customer service

Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Barista to join the Tailwind team! As a part of the Tailwind experience, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all travelers, and ensuring a memorable guest experience.

In the Barista/Cashier role, you will be responsible for accurately processing transactions, engaging with guests in a friendly and positive manner, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your main goal will be to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing an outstanding experience. Also Being on time is mandatory due to flight schedules to plan according for shift to shift success !
